We run an annual campaign called FOR Andover (previously Be Rich) where we collect donation bags for great causes and raise funds for amazing community projects! Check out the causes & projects in FOR Andover 2026.

And as a church, we believe there’s an even deeper reason to be FOR our community: because God is FOR them. So let’s get behind these brilliant local projects, celebrate the amazing things already happening across Andover, and see what we can do together.

Donation Bags

We collect donation bags during FOR Andover to support local projects with supplies. You can bring a bag of donations on Sundays during october. Use the flyers below to see what items to bring. This year we are collecting donation items in three categories:

Food – Going to Andover Foodbank
Hygiene Products – Going to local schools, hospitals and mental health projects
School Supplies – Going to local schools and also charitable projects

Raising Funds

We have 26 amazing community projects that have been submitted this year, we are hoping to raise £1000 for each of them. Check out the flyer or table below listing the organisations and projects we are raising funds for this year…

	Unity (Southern) Ltd Project: Community Hygiene Bank Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and volunteers at Unity as they seek to reach more local families in need with their hygiene bank.
	The Arbory Project: Games Room for care home Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and residents of the Arbory Care Home, and for the impact that a games room will have on social and physical wellbeing.
	Andover Hospital Chaplaincy Project: Chapel space improvements Join us in prayer: Praying for the medical staff, volunteers and patients at Andover War Memorial Hospital, and for the work of the hospital’s Chaplaincy Team.
	The Vine Trust Project: Faith resources for children Join us in prayer: Praying for the Vine Trust charity, its volunteers and for the work they do to provide free faith resources to local primary schools in Andover.
	The Countess of Brecknock Hospice Project: Ice & Water Dispenser Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff, volunteers, patients and families supported by the Countess of Brecknock Hospice and for the care that they provide to so many.
	Purple Oak Support Project: A sensory room for clients with learning disabilities. Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff, volunteers and members at Purple Oak Support, and for the work they do to support adults with additional needs.
	Homewood Care Home Project: Garden Space Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff & residents at Homewood Care Home, and for their plans to make the garden space more accessible and safer for adults with additional needs.
	P20 Resident Events Project: Storage costs Join us in prayer: Praying for all those who make Picket 20 Resident Events possible, and their plans to make events more accessible and available.
	Andover Mens Shed Project: Training Courses Join us in prayer: Praying for the Andover Men’s Shed and the work they do to combat social isolation and provide training and workshops for members.
	Yellow Brick Road Projects Project: Youth Project UNLOCK ANDOVER Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff, volunteers and youth involved in the Yellow Brick Road Projects, and their work supporting young people who have experienced trauma.
	Wallop Primary School Project: Play trail repairs Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and pupils of Wallop Primary School and the support they provide to military families in the local area.
	Alabaré Project: Young people’s activities Join us in prayer: Praying for the staff and residents of Alabaré and the work they do to support homeless young people in so many different ways.
	Endeavour Primary School Project: Play equipment Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and pupils at Endeavour Primary School, and the positive impact that outdoor play has for children’s social and emotional wellbeing.
	Raising Twenty1 Project: Pre-School Down Syndrome group Join us in prayer: Praying for all those who make the Raising Twentyl charity possible, and for their early development groups for children with Down Syndrome.
	Portway Junior School Project: Playground maintenance Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and pupils at Portway Junior School, and for all those who will benefit from a quiet outdoor space to use.
	Youth Options Project: Improve indoor play Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and volunteers at the Youth Options charity, and for the support they provide to families from their preschool and wraparound care.
	Anton Infant School Project: Outdoor play improvements Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and pupils at Anton Infant School, and for the positive impact that outdoor play has on children’s wellbeing.
	3-2-5 Pre-School Project: Outdoor equipment Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and children at 3-2-5 Preschool, and the opportunites they provide for children to thrive through play.
	Andover CofE Primary School Project: Outdoor play & SEN equipment Join us in prayer: Praying for the staff and pupils of Andover C of E Primary School, and their plans to improve wellbeing with outdoor play and specialist SEN equipment.
	Pilgrim’s Cross Primary School Project: Outdoor/Forest School Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and pupils at Pilgrims’ Cross Primary School, and for their plans to create an outdoor forest school.
	Andover Parish Life Bus Project: Space for youth Join us in prayer: Praying for all those involved in running the Andover Parish Life Bus, and their plans to reach more young people in Andover.
	Roman Way Primary School Project:Hardship & bereavement resources Join us in prayer: Praying for the staff and pupils of Roman Way Primary School, and especially for children and families affected by bereavement.
	Andover Child Contact Centre Project: Running costs Join us in prayer: Praying for all those who make Andover Child Contact Centre possible, and for the families and children that are able to meet in a safe and supervised environment.
	Lift Winton Project:Therapeutic wellfare space Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and students at Lift Winton School, and for their most vulnerable youth in need of welfare support.
	Henry Beaufort School Project: Digital support for students Join us in prayer: Praying for all the staff and students of The Henry Beaufort School, and the increased digital support they want to provide for their students.

FOR Andover Celebration Sunday – 25th Oct 2026

Join us as we gather for our celebration event from 10am – 12noon. There will be stalls from some of the 2026 projects, we’ll be giving the total fundraising announcement at 11am, providing the last chance for donations drop-off and having a free drinks cafe. All-ages welcome.
